STRATEGY
If the future can’t be predicted, then why plan for it? This practice turns strategic thinking into an everyday activity and trains you how to involve your entire team and organization into making strategy and executing it. Strategy is all about making choices and decisions. In a volatile environment the best course of action to make better decisions is to increase your optionality. This means that you have to challenge yourself to first create more options, before making a choice. After all, the time in which binary decisions lead the way (yes-no, stop-continue, go-no go) is long gone. Involving your team in this process empowers everyone to make a strategic decision at the moment it matters and will make your team more successful. You will learn how to design such a strategic approach collaboratively and summarize it so that everyone is on the same page and all actions are aligned.

WITH THIS PRACTICE
YOU WILL LEARN TO:
- Make better decisions
- Think in moonshots and loonshots
- Design a strategic plan on 1 piece of paper
